Terms & Conditions

Conditions of Sale

Tickets purchased for performances at The Mill at Sonning Theatre are non-refundable once booked.

If your plans change, tickets may be exchanged to another performance of the same production, provided the request is made more than 72 hours before the scheduled performance, subject to availability.

A 10% administration fee applies to standard ticket exchanges.

Requests made within 72 hours of the performance cannot be exchanged, unless Ticket Protection has been purchased.

Members

Members (Angels, Friends and Supporters) receive free ticket exchanges as part of their membership benefits.

Exchanges must still be requested more than 72 hours before the performance and are subject to availability.

Ticket Protection

Ticket Protection provides additional flexibility if your plans change.

It must be purchased at the time of booking and cannot be added later.

Pricing:

  • Show-only tickets: £3 per ticket
  • Dinner theatre tickets: £5 per ticket

With Ticket Protection you may:

  • Exchange your tickets to another performance of the same production, or
  • Receive a credit note valid for 6 months

Requests must be made before the scheduled performance time.

Ticket Protection does not include refunds.

Credit Notes

Credit notes may be issued only in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the theatre.

Where issued:

  • Valid for 6 months
  • Non-transferable
  • Non-refundable

Refunds

Tickets are non-refundable, except in the event that a performance is cancelled by the theatre.

Resales

If patrons are unable to use their tickets, the Box Office may, at its discretion, attempt to resell them.

Resale is not guaranteed, and the sale of the theatre’s own available tickets will always take priority.

A 10% fee applies to any successful resale.
